Eat More Frequently to Lose Weight!
Eating more frequently is the key to losing weight. By supplying your body with food every few hours, you are increasing your metabolism, controlling your blood glucose levels, and keeping your appetite under control.
Eating more frequently doesn’t mean that you should increase your daily calories. If your daily calorie supply is 2000 per day, you should divide this up into about 5 to 6 balanced meals per day.
