Instead of drinking that, you could eat 2 apples, which is about the same amount of calories. Which would be more filling and healthy? Remember, weight loss is not only about looking healthy, but it’s about being healthy too. Drinking high sugar drinks promotes fat storage and messes around with your energy levels due to the sugar surges in your blood stream. You should focus more on drinking water and plenty of it.
Water has no calories, helps energize your body, curves your appetite, and cleans out your system. You should drink enough water per day to keep your urine clear. By replacing soft drinks with water, you can save on several hundred calories. These extra calories can be used to add more food to your diet or help create a calorie deficit so you can lose weight quickly.
If you feel the need to drink something with some flavor, you can try diet juice, diet soda, and crystal light. These have artificial sweeteners in them, but yield little to no calories. Use them sparingly because nobody knows the long term effects of artificial sweeteners.

Of course we want to eat healthy most of the time, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with eating your favorite foods either. Do not deprive yourself of the foods you desire. Depriving yourself only messes with your mentally and can result in an all out binge eating frenzy! If you want a little bit of ice cream, then go right ahead. The only thing you need to be careful of is the amount of calories you’re consuming per day. You can still lose weight and eat your favorite foods by being aware of the amount of calories you’re consuming per day. As long as you are below or at your daily calorie maintenance level, then you will have nothing to worry about. Of course, you do not want to eat junk food all day long. The bulk of your diet should be of mostly healthy meals.

One thing I did find that helped before was the ‘ol punching bag. Great workout.
