Core Swimming

Core Swimming exercises are one of the best for building up your core muscles. What are your core muscles? The core muscles are in the center of the body, where all your power comes from. Performing core exercises, like core swimming exercises will allow you to build up muscles you didn’t know you had. If you were to remove your limbs, the core muscles is what would remain. Your core muscles include: abdomen, chest, upper back, shoulders, legs (above the knee), lower back, and neck/traps. Fast Twitch Muscle Fibers are used when you need short bursts of explosive power, like in weight training or sprinting.
